There was a doctor at Bugando Hospital in Mwanza,
Tanzania named Mwana Mayombi that means "the Son of Mayombi." He encountered
terrible problems in his life. First, his aunt who was suffering from cancer was
brought to him at the hospital. While taking care of her, Dr. Mayombi received
news that rustlers had stolen his cattle in his home village. He left his aunt
in the care of the other doctors and went home to find out about the theft. When
he arrived home he received a telephone call from the hospital saying that his

told his father and all his relatives: "When I came out of my mother’s stomach
all I had was given to me by God. Now God has taken back what belongs to God. My
aunt died, my cattle were stolen, my house was gutted by fire, my daughter died.
